Of course the first conservative group to protest the commercials is perhaps the largest pro-life organization in the US. American Life League is against the use of any kind birth control. They also oppose all forms of research into embryonic stem cells.
The American Life League is using these commercials to publicize their satellite organization STOPP International. STOPP International's is the American Life League's agent in their attempt to shut down Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood is the largest provider of abortion procedures in the United States.
Some conservative groups in the past have expressed concern that seemingly radical groups such as STOPP International and to some extant the American Life League can water down the message of other conservative groups.
